Wade manufactures a wide range of established precast concrete products, but not every requirement fits a standard product range. If you need a precast concrete item that you cannot find on our website, talk to us about what you need and we can assess whether it is practical to manufacture.
Some customers come to us with detailed drawings or specifications. Others have an existing component they need to replace, a photograph or sketch, or simply some measurements and an explanation of what the item needs to do. We can work from the information you have to understand the requirement and discuss the next steps.
Wade can manufacture one-off custom products and can also consider short production runs. Where a new mould or formwork is required, this can form part of the bespoke manufacturing process.
Bespoke precast work is considered for requirements that sit outside Wade’s established product ranges. This can include a one-off concrete component or a short run of non-standard products where bespoke manufacture is practical.
Wade can create moulds and formwork for custom concrete products where required. If you are replacing an existing component, we can also assess the item using information such as photographs, measurements, drawings or the original product as a reference.

You do not need a complete set of professional drawings before contacting Wade. Send us whatever information you already have and we can use that to understand the requirement and assess whether the job is practical.
Useful information includes what the item will be used for, dimensions if known, the quantity required, drawings or plans if available, photographs of an existing component or site, the project location and when the product is required.
If you have an existing component that needs replacing, photographs and measurements are a useful starting point. You can also send a sketch or other reference showing what you need.
Specifications, mould or formwork requirements, manufacturing quantities and any specialist technical or engineering requirements will depend on the particular job. These can be established as the requirement is assessed.
