Its oval design allows it to be transported without a tail pilot, helping make delivery to site simpler and more economical.

The tank needs a level, stable base prepared before delivery. Excavate to firm virgin ground and remove rocks, roots, stumps and other debris.
Prepare a level area approximately 4.4 m long × 3.2 m wide, then compact 100 mm of 30–40 mm hard fill and finish with 50 mm of finer PAP7 or scoria, screeded level. Sand should only be used where it can be contained and cannot wash out.
The tank is designed to be lifted directly from the delivery truck onto the prepared base. It should not be dragged or moved into position after unloading, so the site and access need to be ready beforehand.
When full, the tank has an operating weight of approximately 32 tonnes, making correct base preparation important for even weight distribution and long-term performance.
Consider vehicle access, tank position, plumbing requirements and whether your site may require options such as anti-flotation feet or a trafficable lid. Additional inlets and outlets can also be installed to suit the project.
