A modular precast concrete bunker for bulk storage on farms, civil sites and landscape yards. Built from Wade self-supporting L-Blocks, it installs on a correctly prepared compacted base without an in-situ concrete slab and can be extended in 2.4 m increments as storage requirements grow.
The Wade No-Pour Bunker creates a strong, contained storage bay without the need to form and pour a conventional in-situ concrete floor. Precast reinforced concrete L-Blocks are positioned onto a correctly prepared, firm and level compacted base.
It is suited to dry bulk materials including PKE and supplementary feed, grain, woodchip, aggregate, sand, drainage metal, topsoil, compost, bark and other similar materials used by farms, contractors and landscape supply yards.
The bunker is modular. A complete starter unit provides approximately 13.6 m³ of geometric storage capacity, with additional U-shape sections extending the internal storage length by 2.4 m and adding approximately 13.6 m³ per section. U-shape units can also be supplied separately for installation against a suitable existing wall.

Each additional U-shape section adds 2.4 m of internal storage length and approximately 13.6 m³ of geometric storage capacity. Actual usable capacity varies with the stored material and fill level.

The Wade No-Pour Bunker is designed as a practical bulk-storage option for farms, rural lifestyle blocks and smaller yards where a full-size bunker is not required.
Its compact internal width is best suited to smaller tractors, skid steers and compact loaders. The bunker has a 2,580 mm clear internal width, reducing to 2,525 mm at 230 mm above floor level, with a 2,030 mm flat floor width. Wade recommends a bucket width of up to 1,800 mm. Check your machine and attachment dimensions before ordering.
One of the main advantages is simple installation. The precast units can be placed onto a correctly prepared, firm and level compacted base without pouring an in-situ concrete floor slab. This avoids the formwork, concrete pour and curing time associated with a conventional bunker. Units are lifted into position using the cast-in lifting points and connected with galvanised brackets where required.
